Spearheaded the design phase as the Lead Product Designer for a comprehensive revamp of an e-commerce web application. Conducted a UX audit to identify key pain points, supported by analysis of existing analytics, user feedback, and support tickets to gain a clear, data-informed understanding of user challenges. As the sole designer in a small startup, I led the entire design phase of this SaaS-based wellness platform for healthcare professionals. Collaborating closely with stakeholders from the discovery phase, I was responsible for defining the information architecture, creating wireframes, and delivering high-fidelity prototypes for both mobile and web applications.

Following the design phase, I also supported the development team—consisting of two engineers—by assisting in the implementation of the user interfaces using React and React Native, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and design consistency across platforms.
